Does the dummy come filled or empty?

It ships unfilled. This keeps shipping costs down and lets you dial in the exact weight you want. You can stuff it light for speed drills or pack it heavy for pressure passing.

What’s the best way to fill it?

For a good base weight (around 50-70 lbs), pack it tight with old clothes, towels, or shredded foam. Make sure you push the material all the way into the arms and legs so it doesn't get floppy. If you want it closer to that 120 lb max, mix in some sandbags right in the core.

Will the seams bust if I slam it?

We built it not to. The cover is tear-resistant "space leather" and we triple-stitch the stress points. The filling port has a heavy-duty double zipper to keep everything locked in during hard throws and takedowns.

How big is it actually?

It’s a legit 6 feet tall (72 inches). It's designed with adult human proportions so your clinch work, submissions, and top pressure feel like you're rolling with a real training partner.

Can I use this for BJJ or is it just for wrestling?

Both, plus MMA. The limbs are set up so you can drill armbars, leg locks, and guard passes, but it's tough enough for suplexes and ground-and-pound.

What if I don't like it? Can I return it?
